Return and Shipping Policy

All sales are final on all items. Warranties apply to each product. See individual product page for warranty details.

 

Policies On All Other Items:

You may return within 90 days for store credit only (minus shipping fees).

A: Demo, used, “on sale” or factory refurbished items & all opened supplements: All sales are final.

B: Free shipping to locations within the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, HI, and Canada are considered International and those rates apply. Please call or email us before ordering if you live in AK, HI, or Canada.

C: Cancellations during shipping (before arrival): Shipping costs to customer and back to factory are not refundable. A 15% restocking may apply to refused items. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for any item that is returned. Any item sent back without RMAs will may refused and sent back to buyer. We will not be held responsible for any shipping fees. Any returns that are authorized which sustained damage (excluding damage caused by shipping company) will be repaired and billed directly to buyer.

D: Order cancellations before your order ships will incur a 3% transaction fee.

E: We do not guarantee delivery within a specific period. All shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to ship and another 5-7 business days for delivery. International may be as much as 3 weeks. Cancellations due to delays in shipping retain the same cancellation fees to buyer as mentioned above.

* IMPORTANT* If your box or product arrives damaged, you must indicate with the driver and get a signed confirmation from them of damage at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in our inability to service or repair under our insurance policy for the item and you will be fully responsible for any costs associated with repairs.

Unopened Items:

You may return within 30 days. Refund will be in the original form of payment less any discounts and shipping/restocking fees.  If you received a ‘free shipping’ order, we will deduct the original shipping cost.  

Opened Items:

You may return within 90 days for store credit only (minus shipping fees). 

Return Instructions:

  1. You must call us for an authorization number.
  2. Securely place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging.  
  3. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  4. Include name, address and telephone number and reason for return/refund.
  5. Fastest service with tracking info, use USPS Priority.
  6. Use the mailing address below.

SHIPPING INCLUDED TO ALL COUNTRIES EXCEPTING Spain, Greece, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. For these countries we need to make special arrangements that we will share with you when needed.
